  1. Data hosting and residency

• At rest: AES-256 encryption for stored data.

• In transit: TLS 1.2+ for data moving between your browser, connected channels, and our servers.

• No data selling. No data sharing for advertising.

• Data access is limited to what is required to operate and support the service.

• We do not train public models on your private customer conversations unless you explicitly approve it in writing.

  1. Customer responsibilities

Security is shared. You are responsible for:

• Using strong passwords and protecting login access

• Managing team permissions and removing access when staff leave

• Ensuring you have legal rights/consent to message and store End User data

• Reviewing AI workflows and rules before going live

  1. Incident response

If we detect a confirmed security incident affecting customer data, we will:

• Contain the issue

• Investigate impact and root cause

• Notify affected customers as required

• Provide guidance on corrective actions
